We are currently looking for a hard working and motivated individual to fulfill an entry to intermediate level CNC programming position. Day to day work would include creating and editing CNC programs for Amada turret punch presses and press brake machines using Amada CAM software. This individual will work side by side with engineering and CNC machine operators.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• High School Diploma/GED. (Engineering / technical degree is a plus)
• Experience in CNC machine operation and programming. (CNC turret punch press and press brake experience preferred)
• Moderate computer skills using Microsoft office products.( spreadsheets, word processing, and general file management)
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of raw materials used in sheet metal fabrication.
• General mathematical skills- knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, and algebra.
• Time management and organizational skills- Ability to organize tasks in order of importance and complete them in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• 2D and 3D CAD background is a plus.
• General hands on mechanical and electrical knowledge is also a plus.
