Job Overview
Charleston Newspapers has immediate openings for Full Time Machinist Apprentice. Must be self starting, possess the ability to learn quickly and willing to be a team player. Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance of equipment and availability to come in for repairs when necessary.
• Keeping press greased and oil levels maintained.
• Purchasing of and keeping in stock parts needed to keep press running.
• Crating and shipping rollers to be reground.
• Strong mechanical background, some machine shop work and light electrical work involved.
