Financial Planning Assistant

This is a terrific opportunity for a talented individual who desires a small office, professional environment. As a Financial Planning Assistant you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients by handling day-to-day tasks and paperwork. Additional responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing ideas.
The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Take the lead in preparing for current and prospective client meetings as well as following up on action items.
Use and maintain CRM system efficiently to schedule client meetings & marketing activities, as well as to enter and maintain contact information
Complete and process forms/paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, while also tracking pending items.
Provide outstanding service by answering the client phone calls/email, and handling client service issues within your capacity.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
Associates degree or higher required
2-4 years of experience in an administrative role or in a financial services environment; marketing experience a plus
Ability to think conceptually and attend to details
Requires strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines
Extraordinary customer service skills; proven verbal and written communications skills
Outstanding computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Outlook, or some other CRM system required.
