Entry Level Engineer (Electrical Engineering/Physics/Math Degree)

Signature Solutions, Inc., a 100% employee owned company, is seeking a talented and self-motivated Entry Level Engineer with Electrical, Physics, or Mathematics emphasis to join a multi-disciplinary team that provides multispectral, physics-based modeling, simulation, and data analysis support for multiple U.S. Army programs on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

The applicant will provide support for the execution, analysis, and validation of modeling and simulation data. New engineers will gain exposure and experience with support of radar simulation systems. Candidates will provide software and data analysis support for Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems. Work will be performed on-site at customer facilities at Redstone Arsenal with regular interaction between team members, industry partners, and government customers. The candidate will:

• Perform model development, analysis, and validation in areas to include radar, infrared, threat, environment, and trajectory data spaces
• Support verification and validation activities to assess and compare modeled data to referent data
• Use and create analytic tools to support model development, verification, and validation
• Support documentation and reporting of analysis results

Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama area.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Candidate must have 0 to 3 years work experience with a strong technical background.
• MATLAB or Python experience
• Linux experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while reporting results as part of a team
• Active DoD security clearance is a plus.

Security Requirements:

Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility requirements to obtain/maintain a Final Secret Security Clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
