Pros

Working with a group of caring professionals in a positive environment that provides support and encouragement at all levels. They offer a wide array of benefits that are really affordable and the open approach by the management staff is very refreshing.

Cons

I feel the onboarding process is a little 'clunky' and could be engineered to be more clear and easier to navigate.

Pros

Absolutely none. I can’t think of a single good thing from working for this terrible company. At all. Zero. Nada.

Cons

Prepare for the dumbest things to count against you. Major accident on the roadway adding an hour to your commute? Guess what. You can get fired for that making you late.

Pros

It's a job. Benefits. That's about it. Not too much to the pro department. Just trying to fill this section.

Cons

Work hard for little pay. Absolutely no appreciation for the "little people". I've seen conflicts go unresolved. They are all about profit and not at all about their employees. You can get written up for using sick days. They look for every reason not to pay your incentive.
