Pros

Persistent was an easy organization to join. The recruiting process was relatively quick and the team helpful. Once I joined, I have gone through approx. two weeks of courses and 1:1 meetings with my team. All has been positive to date.

Cons

Processes can feel outdated — very much a company that relies on person to person connection to get things done.

Pros

I recently joined as a full-time employee after transitioning from a persistent/contract role, and the experience has been very positive so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team has been supportive and collaborative. There are good learning opportunities, and managers are approachable and open to feedback. The work environment encourages growth, and there’s a sense of stability in moving to a full-time position.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are areas that can improve. Sometimes processes can be a bit unclear, and communication between teams could be more streamlined.
