Pros

Community-wise it's great, most employees are friendly and helpful to each other, and overall it opens many doors in future business. It offers a somewhat continuous training plan, and it provides most of the work tools (systems/saas). You can meet lots of great companies working with SEIDOR and projects are all-encompassing for sales teams. Also the benefits are great if you're looking to buy things on discount.

Cons

Leadership fails to commit and fulfil promises to the employees, mostly related to how Commissions work. Most notably, they allow psychological abuse to continue for long periods of time, without regard for a healthy work environment. Threats over employment are not uncommon and most of the teams are constantly on edge because of it. Some members of leadership are very proud of having a high firing rate, which is a very dangerous indicator for business practices and culture.
