Messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn, phone screening, then an in-person interview with sales managers, with a shadow day of an employee, and a mock sales call. The mock sales pitch I presented to the managers one of ADP offerings, acting as they were a potential small business.
The interview is super easy! It felt like talking to a friend on each interview I did. Mine were all virtual since I didn’t live in New York at the time.
