I recently went through the interview process for Adobe, and overall, it was a great learning experience. The process consisted of multiple rounds that tested both technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, along with behavioral aspects.
The hiring manager joined late, which shortened the interview to about 20 minutes. I was declined for the next round without what felt like a full evaluation. The process did not feel fair or thorough.
