I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Alfa Laval (Nijmegen) in Feb 2026
Interview
Alfa Laval is a reliable company however their office in Nijmegen is totally different mentality . “I had the impression during the interview process that there may be a degree of reluctance to hire candidates who could potentially challenge the existing team. It felt as though there was a stronger focus on maintaining current positions rather than embracing new perspectives and growth. Additionally, I sensed some concerns about the long-term sustainability and activity level of the department. I hope the organization can continue to evolve in a way that encourages openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The recruiter was knowledgeable and kind. The entire process was professional and informative. Salary range was discussed early on which was appreciated. The questions were technical even from the beginning.
Good process overall. Initial contact with recruiter for screening, followed by hiring manager call then in person interview that lasted most of the day. The questions were relevant to the job and pst experience.
