the HR systems at Amex needs serious improvement. I've had multiple rounds of interviews for several different positions and each time I interview something is wrong with HR operations. Either the interview link is broken, the HR calls me without fully reading the role or my resume. Even the employees are frustrated with HR. Please improve your systems.
