they dont take consideration at all and never give reasons why they decline your application yeah and thats pretty much of it to my opnions i hope it was said well loud and clear
Very professional, a lot of pretty difficult questions asking to describe situations you've been in. Pretty serious interviewers. Met with multiple managers who were serious but also a very nice hiring manager initially
