Easy, quick normal questions. They were nice and made me feel comfortable. It was professional and short. To the point. Very basic interview. Not bad though, strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ascension (Austin, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
Had phone interview. waited until 15 minutes after the interview was supposed to begin. No one called. Emailed the recruiter, she said she would check to see if the position is still available (shouldn’t that have been taken care of before my scheduled interview??) an hour later I got an auto rejection email…. Very unprofessional
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ascension (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very basic and fast interview. Really didn’t ask much- only explained the position. Applied online, got a call within the hour and had an interview set for a few days later via Zoom. Met the manager of the unit, she gave me the run down of the job and asked very few questions about me and my experience.
