Interview
Group interview of around 4-5 people (around 2 hours). Will ask questions about yourself and the position. Difficulty is average but it is important to prepare a lot beforehand as they will ask a lot about their company's approach in intervention with kids.

Interview
The interview will be conducted entirely in Cantonese,usually 5-6 people a group,introduce yourself one by one.the interviewer will ask you some questions based on your Cv and past experience.If you are not very interested in this job, it is not recommended to apply becaz the interview process will be very awkward and take a long time. And I believe most applicants who apply will receive an invitation for an interview because they have a lot of candidates and will interview at short notice.

They primarily inquired about our understanding of autism, including its core symptoms and typical age of diagnosis. They also explored the various therapeutic approaches available and sought our rationale for why we believe ABA is the most beneficial and evidence-based intervention for supporting individuals on the spectrum.
