Boeing Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

1. Phone screen 2. Zoom interview with 2 managers and 1 team lead 3. Receive offer within 2 weeks Super moderate process. HR is in India and it could be sloppy a bit.

I was local to the office I was applying to, and asked to come in for the interview and was told to do it remotely. Then during the interview I was on with multiple people from the team and for half the interview none of them turned their cameras on. Then the lead turned his camera on about halfway through. It was a very stale interview. I was offered a position after the interview, and I tried to set up several calls with the hiring manager to discuss things and it was very difficult to get a hold of her. I ended up turning down the offer due to how poor my interview and hiring experience was.
