Brightwood Capital Advisors interview questions

Multiple interviews with different people on the team - all in-person, culminating with a final interview with one of the founders of the firm. The team is very professional/put together, and pretty thoughtful. It was clear that the firm had seen a lot of growth very quickly and certain people were finding their footing

The Interview was with members on the prospective team. Both individuals were friendly and honest. When entering this environment, both people were very inviting and casual in nature. When it came down to answering questions that I had, I felt comfortable enough to ask more relaxed questions. All in all, this environment was pleasant.
