Nach dem ich von einem Personalvermittler auf eine Ausschreibung bei Brose aufmerksam gemacht worden war, kam es nach zwei Wochen zum Vorstellungsgespräch.
Außer der Führungskraft war noch eine Person aus dem Personalwesen anwesend. Die Fragen im Gespräch bezogen sich hauptsächlich auf den Lebenslauf und den aktuellen Arbeitgeber. Es wurde sehr wenig von der Firma Brose, bzw. von der angebotenen Position gesprochen. Die Führungskraft hat sich auf das Gespräch nicht vorbereitet, bzw. hat meine Unterlagen nicht gelesen, da viele Fragen überflüssig/konfus waren.
