The interview process was easy, managable and well conducted. I felt welcomed and well accommodated. The interviewer displayed a high level of being knowledgeable. They also displayed kindness and being supportive, yet a strong will to evaluate competence was largely there.

Interview
I was recruited by Xolani via an online post/ advertisement.Did an interview with the recruiter. I also did assessments including the typing test and passed all of the assessments. After the assessment I went for an interview with Noveline for final interview

Interview
The first stage is a group interview, followed by one on one interview, then the assessment and grammar tests. The follow up after the interviews is terrible. Even after passing all the stages, they might fail to call you for medicals (which is the last stage before starting training).
