Phone call screening, then met with the hiring manager, then met with the staff id be supporting, then was hired. It was a quick but thorough process that walked me through the job and expectations fully.

They asked about what type of management style I preferred, if I needed someone hands off or involved, etc.

Interview
Fairly easy, has nice communication, and is professional but I need to go with preparation. As always treat them with respect during the interview process. Ask many questions at the end of the interview process.
