It was 3 technical rounds followed by managerial round and HR round. There were multiple interview levels and complexity is maximum. It is full of coding questions, scenario based and complex design based questions

Interview
Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter who set up a ~30 minute call with a technical manager. The interview consisted of an overview of the position and team, walking through my resume, and then follow-up technical questions based off of my experience. Overall a very laid back, conversation style interview even though it was fairly technical. Was invited for a full day onsite interview but ultimately decided to withdraw due to the location. HR moved quickly at each step of the process and the logistics for arranging and getting reimbursed for travel for the onsite seemed very straightforward.

Interview
I went to the final, onsite round interview with this company. They really emphasized having a "family" feel to their work environment and how important relationships/respect were to them. As I interviewed with them, upper management proceeded to come off really condescending and slightly arrogant during the process. They critiqued me on small, unimportant things while answering their interview questions (ex. saying my age while introducing myself, they derailed the whole conversation), leaving things awkward and uninviting towards their team. Although the EHS manager was a great person, unfortunately the site operations team ruined the experience for me. This staff was not a good fit for me, and it was made evident throughout the process.
