Easy, straight-forward interview. Recruiters are very nice and will work with your schedule. Will learn all the important details on the first call, no surprises later on. Recruiter also did not mind my dog making lots of noise at the delivery man.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CyberCoders in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied online and they reached out to set up initial interview. It was pretty easy and informal, typical first interview questions (get to know you and your experience). At the end she said to email the following morning if I wanted to move forward with the process or not, and why or why not. At the time I thought it was great because a lot of interviews you get all this info thrown at you then have to decide on the spot of you want to move forward (assuming they want to as well). Emailed the next morning I was excited about the opportunity and haven’t heard anything back. Sent two follow up emails the few weeks following the initial interview and nothing. Kinda sketch considering they’re a recruit company and can’t even recruit professionally. Just have bad vibes.
