it was terrible. recruiters say one thing, the business says another. lots of groups that don't communicate. then there was a pay rate discrepancy at the end, after i accepted and sent them my current pay rate at my old job, they dropped my pay rate by $15/hour. i can't prove it was based on them knowing what i had previously made, but it sure makes me wonder.

They gave me a call and asked me some basic HR questions which went well. They said they call me back. And they never did. I get the feeling the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I work in Minneapolis. They kept sending me jobs for Alabama, Mississippi, Texas. They don’t know what they’re doing in the interviewers are horrible. They sent me so many emails I had him marked them as spam.

You should be honest everytime. You haven't to know everything but it is important that you can describe what you possess on. Pay attention to highlight why they should hire you. Explain well how to solve a critical issue when it is assigned you. Your motivation shouldn't be on benefit packages
