Submit CV for initial screening, online assessment that assesses numerical and critical thinking, then online job simulation (which included one-way interview questions). Not too hard but got rejected after the job simulation.
The process was one of my best process thus far. I liked the fact that you would not be able to proceed to the numerical tests and the interviews if you had failed the other blocks (situational etc). This means that you don't waste time on a video interview for an assessment you failed anyway.
It took me a while to hear back but I assume it is because some people were already being considered through assessment centres.
