Went through 3 rounds of interviews for a position as an associate media planner in the Digitas media training program. Very casual interview and the supervisors were very easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas in Nov 2021
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. Very informative and comfortable environment. Was much more conversational and actually the best interview process I've ever gone through! I really enjoyed my conversations and everyone I met seemed sincere and excitable. They seem to care more about who you are as a person, to show you WANT to join and continue to learn. The process was straightforward and I heard back pretty quickly after each round of interviews. I believe the whole process was about 1-week.
