Interview
It was fairly easy. Had a short phone interview with manager. Than in person. Then with an area manager and did an hour on the floor with another brand lead.
Easy interview, very quick. Not too stressful. The whole process took about 3 weeks from start to finish, wasn’t too stressful. I met with department manager first, the account manager, then store manager. Came to an agreement on pay in one meeting. Very respectful.
