Interview
First a 40mn interview with the Selection Committee. The head of HR, a staff committee rep and a person from the concerned department. The interview was held online. Relatively laid back and to the point. Some obvious questions in line with the vacancy and then some more technical competency and situational questions. A few days later a written test which was 1 hour long and consisted of 2 competency situational based questions.
