Interview
First, a case is given, then everyone writes down their own ideas individually, followed by a group discussion, then each group presents their conclusions, after which there is an individual Q&A session where participants can ask each other clarifying questions, then a sharing session for personal reflections, and finally a Q&A session where participants can ask the manager questions.

I met a partner at an event, he said he will contact me back but never did and never expained why. Spent 2 months waiting until receiving a rejection email from the HR.
Removed job after going through interview process, no feedback, no explanation. Would not recommend. Interview was fine, interviewer did not seem too interested. All online. Could not contact recruiter afterwards.
Two steps selections process (sometimes 3):
1. 30 minutes call with HR
2. Approximately 1 hour Technical with Senior Manager more about motivation that actual technical skills. (sometimes business cases)
