Went through a personality screening test and general IQ test - definitely helpful to brush up on a little math before going for it - from there, if they’re happy with your results, you get an in person/over zoom interview
Assessment and then a virtual interview. Asked me about myself, and I had to give a presentation over a topic of my choosing. The entire process took about a month and a half due to my own busy schedule, but my contact was always very quick to respond and helpful anytime I asked questions.
