Met a recruiter at an event in college and they asked me to do an informal interview the following day. 6 months later I received an email asking for a formal interview. Interview consisted of talking to 6 different managers/HR employees individually over three hours. Most questions were about college experience, hobbies, career interests. Very basic engineering questions were asked to establish interviewee grasped basic engineering concepts.

applied online and recieved a call few weeks later. Interviwed by the hiribg manager. Friendly and straight forward. Basic questions regarding design skills. In depth discussion about company. Asked academic courses and past experience. How can past experience contribute to this role? What are your salary expectations? What do u plan to do in future.? Manager was easy going and quite friendly.
