Extremely invasive. Asking some personal questions about my personal background. Nothing but a gestapo invasive interview.
Interviewer did not pay attention to the time frames on my resume. Asking tech questions that really do not need to be asked for a candidate who was out of the industry for over 5 years. Was that really necessary? Just let the candidate tell you their experience and ask questions about that experience.
