I was interviewed by the manager. The interview didn't take too long. I don't remember if they were going to call if I didn't get the job but they called not too soon after with an offer.

They asked if I was comfortable selling alcohol and if I would be willing to get my smart serve (the fee was covered by them). They asked about previous work experience.
Interview process was very fast, simple and efficient. That was what I was expecting it to be. It was one interview with the store's manager and that was it. Manager was very polite and attentive.
