Interview
First a phone call screening, then they tell you to fill out a survey that matches your values with theirs. Not so easy, you need to take the time to actually do it. Takes anywhere from 15-25 min. Then a group interview where they meet you. From there, they tell you to fill out background check info. Once that clears, you're hired.
