3 week, long drawn out process. I had to engage the recruiter consistently for next steps. The first interview was 30+ mins with the recruiter. The following week, about 45 mins with the DM. Both interviews via phone and went absolutely fantastic. The 3rd week, I was setup with a dual interview over TEAMS with 2 wrenching guys from the east coast and gulf coast. They gave me about 8 minutes of interview time, asked maybe 2 questions and that was it. I could tell they didn't want to be there and weren't impressed by anything I had to say. I was contacted by the recruiter (again after pressing for updates) and was told they were moving on with a different candidate. This was a fantastic opportunity that was steamrolled by 2 guys that didn't give me the time of day to even speak about my experience and skills.
