I applied online. I interviewed at IQVIA in Nov 2025
Interview
Very detailed and a lot of work for candidates. CRA training program was group interview with other candidates (your competition). They set it up that you did a group activity (with other candidates) and watched how you worked as a team then rotated each candidate (independently) through 2 other rooms with different interviewers. They provided a mock protocol and said don't memorise it then expected you to know specific fine details instantly.
