First round interviewer hypes you up and tells you how great you'd be, second round interviewer completely diminishes and disrespects you. Got told simultaneously that I was overqualified for the role and that they couldn't pay more than the bottom number in their range. This happened twice with two different sets of people for two different roles. Scam company.
First round virtual. Very chill manager, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Largely scenario based, cursory technology specifics. Second-round was in-person 1.5 hrs back to back over lunch, starting with a tour of the building. This was an internal role so departs far from its external operations involving staffing other companies.
