Interview was easy with senior manager asking the set of questions required for the role fulfilment and whether im open to relocate and stuff like that and asking if i have worked on required skills for the job

previous experience and technical question were more like have you worked on that
Technical Test for an hour, focus on knowledge in engineering, similar to the mid-term test in university, not really difficult. And debate section for 10 mins on the trending controversy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2026
Interview
They emailed to schedule an interest call. The call lasted about 30 mins. The questions were pretty basic questions like why jacobs, why this job, my interest & background, etc.
Online call with two staff members. One would have been my manager and the other is a team mate. It was very direct but hard to know what they were seeking at some point.
