Received an initial phone call with the recruiter asking about the resume and experience and then further interviews would be scheduled, the initial round is a phone screening and once that is cleared, the final round is multiple interviews on the same day

An hour long chat with very little technical substance, that should have been my first warning it's more about the clique-y culture. The best place to work award is a farce.
