Microsoft Teams interview set up with their Virtual Hiring Assistant LEO. The meeting invitation also came with a "Lockheed Interview Packet" that emphasized the STAR method and talked about benefits at the company and the hiring process. Had a background security questionnaire before the meeting. The interview had a 3 member panel, one team leader, one operations manager, and one manager. Two members were in a SCIF so no video cameras from them. Length was just over 60 minutes. First 8-10 minutes were introductions, explaining the interview process, and some aspects and responsibilities of the role. Questions were related to "work culture" pillars: Analysis, Teamwork, Risk Management, and Communication.

This was a Full Spectrum Leadership interview where it was requested to share experiences in terms of STAR (Situation / Task / Action / Result). The idea is to talk about leadership behaviors in the context of prior role challenges.
