This was a Full Spectrum Leadership interview where it was requested to share experiences in terms of STAR (Situation / Task / Action / Result). The idea is to talk about leadership behaviors in the context of prior role challenges.

Got reached out to by a recruiter after applying, and a meeting was set up with the hiring manager. Took about 1 month to get a decision post-interview, and I had to email the recruiter to update me otherwise I think I would've been ghosted. There was no coding in the interview, mainly just talking about my experience.
Pretty chill, nothing crazy. Resume review. The overall process was really smooth, talked with one manager and got the offer. One round total (not counting a hiring manager call). Applied online
