Quick 30 minute phone call which went over behavioral questions and then moved to an on site interview with team members. The on site was about a 30min-1hr panel discussion/interview of mostly behavioral questions again then walked around the manufacturing facility. Technical questions came up during discussion, just know your stuff.

Took about 1 month to get a decision post-interview, and I had to email the recruiter to update me otherwise I think I would've been ghosted. There was no coding in the interview, mainly just talking about my experience.
Pretty chill, nothing crazy. Resume review. The overall process was really smooth, talked with one manager and got the offer. One round total (not counting a hiring manager call). Applied online
