Applied online. On site interview with the General Manager lasted about 45 minutes. She was very friendly and at the end of the interview she said that she was "very interested" in me and that she was going to have me come back to meet with the owner of the company. I sent her a thank you email the same evening. A week later I sent her an email stating that I was very interested in the position. She never responded to any of my emails!
