It’s really easy to interview. It is very casual and he does not ask you difficult questions. He is very friendly and will ask you questions that are not intimidating.
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.
Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
