Recruiter calls you for an initial interview(phone conversation), then you join a webiner for a role intro, then wo rounds of interviews, both technical, will include leetcode type, system design and an intensive resume review.
Recruiter was very nice and was moved on after a quick call. The SWE who conducted the technical interview wasn't paying attention. They turned their camera off and muted during the HackerRank and would not respond to any questions for a while before asking to repeat the question. Not professional at all.
Initial phone screening, followed by 3 rounds first with group members, then associate member, hiring manager was nice and gave brief description of the working environment, projects they are working on. Generally the process was smooth
