Interview
One of the worst interview processes I've ever experienced. A complete waste of time. I was recruited for a Client Partner role, and had an initial call and screening with a recruiter. Although I applied for a sales role, I was matched for the next round with a developer that knew nothing about sales and grilled me with technical and product questions that had nothing to do with the role, hunting new logos, etc. He kept emphasizing that Persistent was a product company and wanted people who understands technicals. After the interview, I received no feedback, and months later they reached out again to re-interview me for the role and similar roles and completely lost the history of past interviews. They are still searching for someone to fill this role almost a year later...
