Straightforward interview. One two-part interview, first with two of the hiring managers, one with the senior manager. If the first part went well then they would bring in the second person for the interview.
Really good, good environment, able to do work peaceful. Very friendly and stay calm through out the journey. Apply forst and sit for assessment test and go for interview if passed. Really comfortable because everything through online

Prudential is a joke. Please pay attention to all of the negative reviews because they are true. The call metrics are ridiculous and you will fail calls for a stupid reason. EXTREME high turnover rate and unhappiness all around. There is no transparency in the hiring process. They make it seem like things are great and everyone is caring when they micro manage and nit-pick. Only work here if you are desperate.
