The interview was thorough. There were five stages. The first was a 10-minute phone interview which was mainly focused on prior work experience and current employment. The second was a 30-minute Skype call with a recruiter and the head of Robert Half's Salaried professional services manager. After that, They asked me to come in to meet the sales team which was a team of 5-6 people interested in current skills, preferred technologies, and libraries. The fourth stage was a written assessment test, taken online, and at your convenience. And lastly, a technical phone interview with a current Robert Half developer.

Recruiter contacted me. First I had phone screening. Then scheduled a skype interview after a week. The skype interview was with robert half recruiter. It was a behavioral interview.
