Interview
Very quick moving through the process but haven't heard back in a while with an update. Emails are not getting replied to but the people I've spoken to are amazing and it seems like an amazing place to work at!
The interview focused on broad design-thinking questions and product-strategy scenarios, asking how I would navigate various situations. It emphasized my problem-solving process and overall approach rather than specific project-management responsibilities.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group
Interview
I had an initial virtual screen with the talent person that went well. Then I had two individual interviews that also went well and were good conversations. After that I was asked to do a case study which I would present. I spent days working on the case study, against my belief that anyone should do them, and submitted it. I then had an hour to present it to 5 people and was followed by numerous questions about the presentation, my thoughts and the way I work in general. Overall though I thought it went well, even though it was very stressful.
After I presented, I was ghosted with no responses to any of my follow ups with the talent team. Eventually, about 4 weeks later I finally received an automated message saying that I was not a good fit.
