I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2013
Interview
You will go through numerous interviews either on the phone and in person. you will have several face to face interviews and then a final presentation interview/role play. The comment internally that it is easier to get into Harvard than it is to get hired at Salesforce.

Question 1
Not a specific question but be prepared to be challenged and hold firm on why you are of value to Salesforce and your key strengths
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Call with the recruiter. Very friendly. They cover comp, benefits, timeframe, territory (if they know it)
Call with the hiring manager. Typical sales related questions about relevant fit for the role. All focused on performance, very little wanting to know you as a person, or if you would fit into the culture.
