Applied for a position on the analytics team and it was three rounds:
1) 45 minute hiring manager phone screen going over past experience, interest in position, and a short case. Case was something along the lines of "Uber has the opportunity to buy X autonomous-driving Teslas - should it replace its current fleet of drivers with the autonomous-driving vehicles?"
2) Take-home assignment with sample dataset and asked to do an analysis about churn. You are assigned to "work" with another team member on the team who will be your point person for questions. Once completed, you do a 30 minute phone call with the team member and go over the homework assignment.
3) On-site with hiring manager, hiring manager's boss, business lead you'd be partnering with, and other team members. Hiring manager interview was 3 cases: discussion about effect of oil prices on gas prices, how you would visualize , and a probability question. HM's boss interview was a case about Airbnb and what metrics you would want to show to the CEO as well as what risks the business faces. Business lead interview was talking about past experiences and how it might relate to the challenges the business lead is facing. Team member interviews was mostly behavioral questions.
