I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stripes (Santo, TX) in Aug 2014

Walked into my interview, was ask to be seated in the back, manager would be with me. Had to wait a while, busy new store under staffed. Manager came out, stack of paperwork (later found out it's not needed, nor used) ask interview questions that are useless, and takes up to much time. To much paperwork in this process.
